Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing it, however, shipping times may vary based on your location since our warehouse is located in Melbourne, Australia. It's important to keep in mind that any orders received after 12 pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping in Australia. Standard post can take up to 4-5 business days* within Metro Australian Areas and 6-10* business days within Rural Australian Areas. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95AUD. Express Shipping can take up to 1-2 business days* once dispatched within Australian Metro Areas, and 2-4 business days within Australian Rural Areas. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Delivery for international orders are calculated at a flat rate of $30 AUD

All international orders are sent via DHL.

DHL Express for all other international countries can take up to 3-5 business days. 

PRE-ORDERS

Although we make every effort to dispatch pre-orders on the advertised date, it is possible that there may be delays or a change in the dispatch date. The "Dispatch from" date pertains to the first day when orders start leaving our warehouse, and dispatch may take 1 to 3 business days. In case of ordering multiple items, including both pre-order and non-pre-order items, we will hold the non-pre-order items and dispatch them together with the pre-order items as soon as they arrive. If you prefer to have them dispatched separately, kindly get in touch with us.
